- Players can app up to two characters per round.
- Apps open every two months for two weeks at a time.
- Apps are processed over the final five days of the cycle.

If it is not listed here, it is not permitted in game. Wiki links are fine. Detail nerfs to any gamebreaking powers here.

Any pets/pokemon/babies?

Please note that if you list an Emotional Support Person, the character will get them in the form of a cute doll.
